This virtual facilitated interactive program helps to build the behaviours, mental habits and strategies that promote personal resilience and create a culture of resilience across teams and organizations.

COVID-19: Add resilience to your tool kit, says expert on coping with change
Keywords are cropping up in conversations about the COVID-19 pandemic. You may have noticed “pivot.” Another is “resilience.”
An expert on the latter, Randall Vickerson, appears via video-conference on Wednesday, April 15 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. during an event called Recharge and Rebound with Resilience. Participants will learn to develop new ways of thinking about the current crisis that will contribute to a better outcome for all.
